Payment Terms

Booking Amount: 50 percent booking advance is required at the time of confirmation to reserve the vehicle and services.

Instalments: For long-distance trips, tours, or package bookings, the payment may be made in mutually agreed instalments based on the booking value and trip schedule using multiple payment option thorugh credit card

Balance Payment: The remaining balance is payable before end of trip.

• Cancellation before 48 hours: The booking may be cancelled with a refund of the advance amount, after deduction of any applicable processing or service charges applicable for cabs and activities. Non - Refundable for Hotel Bookings

• Cancellation within 48 hours of the journey: The advance/booking amount may be partially or fully non-refundable, depending on the vehicle, trip type, and arrangements already made.Non - Refundable for Hotel Bookings

• Same-day cancellation or no-show: The booking amount will generally be non-refundable.

• Package/Outstation bookings: Cancellation charges may vary depending on hotel bookings, permits, vehicle arrangements, or other third-party expenses already incurred.

• Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation or third-party charges.

• Rescheduling: Customers may request a change of travel date, subject to vehicle availability and applicable charges.Non - Refundable for Hotel Bookings.

As per cancellation policy, the refund will be processed . I may take 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect into your account.
