PirtTrip aims to maintain trustworthy and accurate listings for travelers while giving partners a fair platform to showcase their offerings. This Policy helps reduce:

• Copyright misuse
• Fraudulent claims
• Spam listings
• Unsafe promotions
• Customer confusion

Subject to approval, partners may submit lawful and genuine listings relating to categories such as:

• Weekend getaways
• Trekking / adventure tours
• Customized travel packages
• Corporate outings
• Family vacations
• Honeymoon / leisure packages
• Related travel experiences approved by PirtTrip

Where pricing is shown, partners should clearly disclose relevant commercial terms wherever applicable, including:

Ambiguous or misleading pricing may be rejected.

• Price per person basis
• Taxes extra (if not included)
• Subject to availability
• Occupancy assumptions (such as twin sharing, if relevant)
• Date/season limitations
• Inclusions / exclusions

Indicative pricing such as “Starting from ₹X” may be permitted where used honestly and with reasonable clarity. Partners must not use unrealistic teaser pricing that is unavailable in normal circumstances.

Partners may upload images only where they have the lawful right or authorization to use them. Examples may include:

• Original business-owned photos
• Licensed supplier media
• Properly authorized promotional assets
• Stolen images
• Copyright-infringing images
• Misleading edited photos
• Images falsely representing actual services
• Unauthorized competitor media

Partners are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted content is accurate, current, and not misleading, including:

• Destinations
• Itineraries
• Hotel category claims
• Vehicle claims
• Dates
• Package duration
• Inclusions / exclusions
• Availability
• Visa/service support claims
• Contact information

If material information changes, partners are expected to update the listing immediately or request revision promptly. Outdated listings may be paused or removed.

The following claims may be restricted, rejected, or require proof:

If a traveler relies on inaccurate partner-submitted listing information, responsibility for that misinformation may rest with the submitting partner, subject to applicable law. PirtTrip is a platform facilitator and does not independently verify every listing claim.

Partners may be allowed dedicated profile or showcase pages on PirtTrip. All such pages must comply with this Policy and must not contain:

• False claims
• Hidden fees
• Misleading credentials
• Competitor attacks
• Spam keyword stuffing
• Copyright violations

Partners must not copy content from:

Plagiarized content may be removed and may affect account standing.

• Competitor websites
• Other marketplace listings
• Blogs without permission
• Third-party brochures without rights

Partners must not publish fabricated reviews, fake testimonials, manipulated ratings, or false customer endorsements. Any future review systems must be used honestly.

The following content is prohibited:

• Hate speech
• Illegal activity promotion
• Sexual or explicit content unrelated to lawful travel needs
• Political propaganda
• Dangerous stunt encouragement
• Violence glorification
• Fraud schemes
• Malware links
• Defamatory statements

Listings may require internal review before publication. Current operating model may include:

No listing is guaranteed publication.

• Partner submits listing/package
• Listing enters review status
• Admin review conducted
• Approved listings are published
• Partner may be notified of status

PirtTrip may edit, reject, pause, delist, restrict, or remove any content at its discretion for reasons including:

• Reputation concerns

Publication of a listing does not mean PirtTrip guarantees:

Approval primarily reflects platform acceptance for display.

PirtTrip may request proof or clarification regarding claims, pricing, licenses, or content authenticity. Failure to cooperate may impact visibility or account status.
