Unless otherwise stated, PirtTrip.com and its associated intellectual property are owned, controlled or licensed by Martyrs Services. This may include rights in:

• Source code (where owned/licensed)

• Graphics created for the platform
• Original images
• Icons
• Features and workflows
• Internal tools
• Brand assets
• Trade secrets
• Documentation

The names PirtTrip, PirtTrip.com, related logos, taglines, visual identifiers, and goodwill associated with the platform may constitute proprietary business assets of Martyrs Services, whether or not formally registered as trademarks at present. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Subject to compliance with platform terms, users and partners receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for its intended business purposes. This does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Without prior written permission, users may not:

• Reproduce platform text or designs
• Clone or imitate the website interface
• Scrape data using bots or automation
• Download databases in bulk
• Reverse engineer protected systems where prohibited by law

Anyone submitting content confirms that:

The submitter bears responsibility for claims arising from their content.

• They own the content or have permission to use it
• It does not infringe third-party rights
• It is not defamatory or unlawful
• It does not violate privacy rights
• It is accurate to the best of their knowledge

PirtTrip may use external developers, agencies, freelancers, or vendors to build or maintain technology. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables specifically commissioned for PirtTrip are intended for use by Martyrs Services subject to the governing commercial contract. Where third-party components, open-source tools, or licensed software are used, ownership remains subject to their respective licenses.

Some platform elements may incorporate third-party frameworks, plugins, APIs, stock assets, or open-source software. Such materials remain subject to their own license terms, and nothing in this Policy overrides those rights.

If users or partners provide suggestions, feature ideas, feedback, or improvement proposals, PirtTrip may use such feedback without obligation of compensation, unless separately agreed in writing.

If you believe content on PirtTrip infringes your copyright or other IP rights, please submit a complaint with:

PirtTrip may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly submit infringing, copied, or unauthorized content.

Using automated tools or manual extraction to harvest listings, leads, pricing data, or structured platform content for competing commercial purposes may be prohibited.

Nothing on the platform grants any implied license to use PirtTrip intellectual property beyond ordinary permitted platform use.

PirtTrip may update, redesign, replace, or remove any feature, content structure, or visual element without notice.

Restrictions relating to copied materials, misuse, infringement, confidentiality, and ownership may survive account termination.

Some brand names, content, or assets may be protected through use, copyright, contract, passing off, common law rights, or applicable law even if not formally registered as trademarks.
