Travel Businesses are solely responsible for:

• Pricing
• Itinerary accuracy
• Service delivery
• Cancellations
• Refunds
• Licenses and compliance

PirtTrip shall not be liable for disputes, delays, cancellations, losses or service deficiencies caused by third-party partners.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in misuse, fraud or violations.

Travel Businesses using PirtTrip agree:

Violation may result in suspension or removal.

• Submitted information must be accurate
• Packages must be lawful and genuine
• Lead payments are due as agreed
• Spam, fake pricing or misleading claims are prohibited
• Customer data must be handled responsibly
