Refund

Refunds are processed according to the applicable cancellation policy. Eligible refunds will be credited within 7-14 working days after cancellation approval. Bank charges, payment gateway fees, permit fees, visa fees, and non-refundable hotel or transport charges may be deducted where applicable. No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, early departures , or cancellations due to incorrect travel documents. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking.
