50% Payment50% balance 21 days prior to the travel date
75% Payment75% balance 15 days prior to the travel date
100% PaymentIn case the booking is made within 15 days of travel, 100% advance is required at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation
All booking cancellation request to be sent as an email.
No retention will be charged- If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date.
25% of the package amount will be charged if cancelled 29 to 15 days before the tour start date
50% of the package amount will be charged if cancelled 14 to 07 days before the tour start date
75% of the package amount will be charged if cancelled 07 to 01 days before the tour start date
Refund
All refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
