Booking Confirmation: A booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.

Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be paid before or at the time of tour commencement, as agreed at the time of booking.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
30 Days or More Before Arrival – 5% Cancellation Charges
20 Days Before Arrival – 10% Cancellation Charges
15 Days Before Arrival – 25% Cancellation Charges
10 Days Before Arrival – 50% Cancellation Charges
7 Days or Less / No Show – No Refund

Refund Policy
At Dreamy Destination Tour's And Travels, we strive to provide a smooth travel experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.
1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.
3. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

- More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total package cost.
- 15–30 days before departure: 30% of the total package cost.
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost.
- Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: No refund.
4. Any cancellation charges imposed by hotels, airlines, transport providers, or other third-party vendors will be deducted from the refundable amount.
5. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation approval and will be made to the original payment method whenever possible.
6. No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, late arrivals, early departures, or voluntarily skipped activities.
7. In the event of natural disasters, adverse weather, road closures, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be subject to the policies of the respective service providers.
8. Any promotional, discounted, or special fixed-departure tour packages may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
