Taj Club Holiday – Tour Cancellation Policy

At Taj Club Holiday, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our service partners.
Cancellation Charges
- More than 30 days before travel: Free cancellation. Full refund (excluding non-refundable booking fees, bank charges, or government taxes, if applicable).
- 15–30 days before travel: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- 7–14 days before travel: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Less than 7 days before travel: 100% cancellation charge. No refund.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable once confirmed:

- Train and flight tickets
- Safari bookings
- Hotel bookings with non-refundable rates
- Visa fees and travel insurance
No-Show Policy
If the guest does not arrive for the tour without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a No Show, and no refund will be provided.
