Payment Policy (After receiving Booking cost):-

   I.      Within 15 days of your booking date , 50% amount of your tour cost should be collected If travel date before Nov. 2025

 II.      Within 60 days of your booking date , 50% amount of your tour cost should be collected If travel date is after 90 or more days.

Þ  In any case of cancellation of booking, it must inform in advance to BVL by writing

Þ  Cancellation will be effective only on the date and time of receipt of cancellation letter

Þ  The following cancellation charges shall apply as per the period of cancellation terms.

Þ  Once the booking is done and advance paid, minimum 10% of the package cost to be deducted

Þ  If postponed or preponed of the service date made on or before 30 days, only 5% of the package cost to be deducted and cost for the desired date of the service to be calculated on the basis of Hotel Cost and Transportation Cost of that particular time period

Þ  30 days before of service starts, 20% of the total package cost will be deducted

Þ  From 29 days up to 15 days before of service 40 % of total cost will be deducted

Þ  From 14 days up to 10 days before of service 50 % of total cost will be deducted

Þ  From 09 days up to 06 days before of service 60 % of total cost will be deducted

Þ  From 05 days up to 48hrs before of service 90 % of total cost will be deducted

Þ  Between 48 hours to the day of service starts 100 % of total cost will be deducted

Þ  In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the total coast will be deducted

NOTE: FURTHER WE HAVE TO OBEY THE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY OF CONCERNED HOTELS WHOM WE ARE UTILIZING SERVICE FOR THE CLIENTS STAY.......
In respect of services cancelled by the Tourist, Explosure will refund the amount applicable to the concerned Credit card / Debit Card / UPI account by explosure holidays.
In respect of refunds due to ticket not booked but amount debited to Tourist's account, Tourist is required to send an e-mail to EHTT,in mentioning Online Booking (Transaction ID) reference no. of the transaction. Officials of EHTT will verify the details and refund the amount to the concerned Credit card / Debit Card/Internet banking / UPI account.
Refunds to Tourists will be given normally within one month.
Refunds in case of poor service / break down will be done after examination of issue and subject to decision of the Managing Director.
