1. 30% of the total billing amount to process the booking to be paid in advance. 

2. 50% of the total billing amount to be paid before 45 days of departure. 

3. 20% of the amount to be paid before 15 working days from departure date

2. 20% cancellation charges if cancelled 45 days before the tour of the total billing amount. 

3. 40% cancellation charges if cancelled between 44 – 30 Days before the tour of the total billing amount. 

4. 60% cancellation charges if cancelled between 29 – 10 Days before the tour of the total billing amount. 

5. 100% cancellation charges if cancelled between 0 – 9 Days before the tour. 

6. No refund if cancelled before 9 days of trip start. 

7. No Refund or Compensation for any changes on an ongoing trip. 

8. Any changes done on the trip; applicable charges will be charged. For any query, please feel free to contact us.

Eligible refunds will be processed only after the refund is received from the respective airline, hotel, DMC or other service provider. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, subject to supplier approval and banking timelines. Visa fees, travel insurance, convenience fees, processing charges and other non-refundable services are not eligible for refund unless specifically mentioned.
