A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required payment or advance payment has been received and successfully verified by MI Yatra.

Depending on the package or service, MI Yatra may require:

• 20 % of the total package cost

• Full payment before the travel date

• Full payment for selected hotels, activities, transportation, or promotional offers

• The exact payment requirement will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking.

• Cancellation of bookings by the user may incur charges depending on the travel service or package and the time of cancellation.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the policy outlined in the booking agreement. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method used.

• If you cancel your reservation more than 45 days preceding your check-in date, you will pay 30% of total amount.

• If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days preceding your check-in date, you will pay 50% of total amount

• If you cancel your reservation more than 15 days preceding your check-in date, you will pay 70% of total amount

• If you cancel your reservation more than 10 days preceding your check-in date, you will pay 0% of total amount.

Approved refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method used for the booking and it will take upto 7 Working Days.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, payment method, and third-party service providers involved. MI Yatra will initiate the eligible refund after the cancellation has been reviewed and the refundable amount has been determined.
