An optional hike to Kyanjin Ri (4,700 m) Or Tsergo Ri (4,984 m) Offers spectacular panoramic views of Langtang Lirung and the surrounding Himalayas.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
At Pravasa_The Journey, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. This Payment & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to confirmed travel bookings.
Payment Terms
* A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and written confirmation from Pravasa_The Journey.
* The full tour price or balance payment must be paid as per the payment schedule mentioned in the quotation or booking confirmation.
* For bookings made close to the departure date, full payment may be required upon confirmation.
* If payment is not received within the agreed timeline, Pravasa_The Journey reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply applicable cancellation charges.
Cancellation Procedure
* All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the official communication channels of Pravasa_The Journey.
* The cancellation date will be considered the date on which the written request is received and acknowledged.
* Cancellation charges are calculated based on the time remaining before departure and commitments already made with hotels, airlines, rail operators, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), transport providers, guides, activity providers, and other travel partners.
Supplier-Specific Cancellation Conditions
Pravasa_The Journey works with multiple travel suppliers, and certain services may have specific cancellation policies that differ from the standard schedule. These may include:
* Non-refundable hotel rates
* Peak season or special event bookings
* Private transportation arrangements
* Pre-booked activities and experiences
* Luxury travel arrangements
* Airline, rail, or special promotional fares
In such cases, the cancellation policy of the respective supplier will apply and may supersede the standard cancellation terms.
Amendments & Changes
Any request to modify confirmed arrangements, including travel dates, destination, accommodation, number of travellers, or itinerary services, will be subject to availability and supplier approval.
Any additional costs arising from amendments, including supplier penalties, fare differences, or administrative charges, will be payable by the client.
Force Majeure
Pravasa_The Journey shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, losses, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, political situations, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
Any refunds, credits, alternative arrangements, or compensation in such situations will depend on the policies of the respective suppliers.
Travel Insurance & Documentation
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, personal belongings, and repatriation expenses is strongly recommended and is not included unless specifically mentioned.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, permits, health documents, and all required travel documentation before departure. Pravasa_The Journey is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional costs arising due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.

At Pravasa_The Journey, we aim to ensure a transparent refund process for our clients. Refunds are handled according to the cancellation conditions of the travel services booked and the policies of the respective Destination Management Companies (DMCs), hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers involved in delivering the travel experience.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after confirmation of refundable amounts from the respective suppliers.
The refundable amount will be calculated after deducting:
Applicable cancellation charges
Non-refundable supplier costs
Administrative charges, if applicable
Payment gateway, banking, or currency conversion charges
Any other costs that cannot be recovered from suppliers
Refund Processing
Once the refundable amount has been confirmed, Pravasa_The Journey will initiate the refund process.
Refund processing time may vary depending on:
Supplier response and approval timelines
Banking procedures
Payment method used for the original transaction
International payment processing timelines
Clients will be informed once the refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain travel components may be non-refundable due to supplier policies, including but not limited to:
Non-refundable accommodation bookings
Special promotional rates
Last-minute bookings
Private tours and transportation
Pre-paid excursions and activities
Services already used or partially utilised
In such cases, no refund will be available for the non-refundable portion.
Unused Services During Travel
No refund will be provided for services that are voluntarily unused by the client after the commencement of travel, including:
Missed tours or activities
Unused accommodation nights
Unused transportation services
Early departure from the destination
Changes made voluntarily during the trip
Refunds Due to Supplier Cancellation
If a service provider cancels a confirmed service, Pravasa_The Journey will work with the supplier to obtain any available refund, credit, or alternative arrangement.
The final resolution will depend on the terms and conditions of the respective supplier.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
Clients are strongly recommended to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays, baggage loss, and other unexpected situations.
By confirming a booking with Pravasa_The Journey, clients acknowledge that refund eligibility is subject to supplier policies and the specific conditions mentioned in their travel proposal, quotation, and booking confirmation.
